
| FAQ A regularly assigned team will clean my home? Yes, as much as possible. The exception happens when your team member is sick, takes a day off work, or goes on vacation on your scheduled cleaning day. Your cleaning will happen as scheduled. If two people normally clean your home someone new comes to your home the new person knows what needs to be done. Our employees are uniformed and they will not eat, drink, smoke or use any appliances or phone while inside your home. Are you insured? Yes, we are insured with liability and car insurance. Do I need to be home the day of cleaning? Absolutely not. Some customers prefer to schedule cleaning appointments while they are at work, while others like to be at home during the process. It is up to you. What do I have to do before the cleaning? So the time we spend in your home can be as efficient as possible, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other household items. How will you enter my home on my scheduled day of cleaning? It's your choice. Many customers prefer to give us a key. Others leave us a key in a safe place each visit. Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes. By far, the most efficient and problem-free way for everyone is for you to give us a key and alarm codes.This is up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. I must to sign a contract? We know we must earn your trust and approval each time we visit your home. That is why Rossy's Cleaning . does not ask you to sign a contract. We appreciate when you let us know how we can serve you better. What time will Rossy's Cleaning be at my home? Our normal workdays are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. hours 7:30 to 9:30 , 9:30 to 11:30 11:30 to 2:00pm pm 2:00 to 3:00 pm. While in most cases it is not possible to give a specific time to arrive, we will make every effort to meet your needs. What if something is damaged during the cleaning? We treat your home with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, Rossy's cleaning will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. When appropriate, insurance claims will be filed. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies ? No. Rossy's Cleaning brings all the equipment and normal cleaning supplies, we ask you to provide vacuum cleaner, if not we use ours. What about holidays or changing a scheduled cleaning visit? If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service. If you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit we appreciate a 48-hour notice. When short notice is given, we may need to charge a fee if the team cannot be reassigned. How do I pay for the service? Most customers find it convenient to simply leave a cash or check in the kitchen countertop Payment is made on the day of each cleaning visit. What should I do if I am unhappy with a cleaning?
